Begins with Shelley Wright - Women of the Intactivist Movement. Shelley was without me this week so it probably got more wild than usual with some very uncensored and uncut talk. Her show is a MUST LISTEN to show every 3rd Thursday.

Then it's Bridge City Hustle. WOW, what a band, rocked The Bowery Electric in NYC. WOW WHAT a night!!!! Lost my voice right after the show. WOW!!!!!

Then it's the Matt Pinto Trio. Awesome band with a great mix of covers and originals. LOVED "as" one of my favorite Stevie Wonder songs done REALLY well. Check these guys out - "ba ba booey

AND NEVER EVER miss, OddCast Z-Lab with Budd Zunga. This guy is going to be HUGE!!! I promise he will be. He is extreme, unique and extremely unique. WHAT A SHOW. It's recorded 32000 miles in space because WHY??? Not sure. Listen and then ask him.

  • Bridge City Hustle - Alternative/Soul
    Bridge City Hustle is the collaboration of four talented and innovative musicians, songwriters, and producers that are redefining soul in Brooklyn, NY. Bridge City Hustle formed in the fall of 2012 and features Johnny Burgos on vocals and percussion, Pete O'Neill on bass, Dave Zerio on drums, and Dan Cherouny on saxophone. The band also features guitarist John Bendy in their live set. Within a few weeks of the bands first rehearsal, the propulsive energy within was undeniable as Bridge City Hustle began taking their explosive live show out to local NYC clubs. In December of 2012, the band started the recording of their self-produced debut EP at Flux Studios in NYC's East Village with engineer Daniel Sanint.

    Born in Nashville TN.,Budd Zunga is a versatile musician with skills that pull deep from the soul of Blues, Rock & Roll and Jazz,.He and his music are new to the Syracuse market and he is trying hard to have it take root. His aspirations lay in one day becoming a musical influence as did his hero Frank Zappa. His past has laid a foundation that creates his unique style. When asked about influences he says," The Beatles, Beck, Berry, Stravinsky and Mozart,these are just a few, I believe that the musical quality of the harmony of nature abounds and begs to be interpreted, this is my inspiration."

    A third generation Native Arizonan, Perry spent his early DJ days spinning at a dozen of small clubs, sports bars, and odd ball gigs. It wasnt until 1998 when he became a regular at Club Rio spinning 2-3 nights a week for over a year. Even though the place is shut down now, it opened the door to radio since thats where he met his connections to his first AZ residence: Mega 104.3 and sister station Energy Az (later changed format to The Beat).
